What to send
Email kredfox4@gmail.com with the subject “Directory correction.” Include:
- the business name and directory page or listing URL;
- the exact field or sentence that should change;
- the corrected information;
- a link to the provider's official website page that supports the change; and
- whether you are the business owner, a representative or a reader.
Claims, additions and removals
A “claim” does not transfer control of a page and is not sold. It means the publisher reviews a documented update from an authorized representative. New listings must meet the same inclusion rules as existing entries. A provider may request removal; identity or authority may be verified before acting on a removal request.
Review process
Requests are checked against an official source. Straightforward factual corrections are normally reviewed within 10 business days. Complex identity disputes may take longer. We may decline marketing language, unsupported superlatives, third-party ratings, private contact details or claims that cannot be confirmed.
Editorial corrections
If a material published fact is wrong, the listing or guide will be corrected and its check date updated where appropriate. Minor grammar or layout changes may be made without a public notice. This process does not replace contacting a provider about its own website.
